Startup Package

Everything you need to launch.

A single, fixed-scope package that takes you from idea to operating business: a website built and live, your company registered properly, and an accountant lined up before you take your first order.

Website

A modern, fast site built around your business. Designed and developed by me - not assembled from drag-and-drop templates.

Company registration

Step-by-step guidance through Companies House setup - name check, formation, addresses, share structure, and the paperwork that follows.

Accountant introduction

An introduction to a trusted accountant who can take over the financial side from day one. No scrambling to find one after you've already taken money.

Who this is for

Someone with a concrete idea and no company yet. The hard part of starting is rarely the idea - it is the three-week detour spent working out what you are supposed to do first, in what order, and which of the many companies offering to help you are worth paying. This package removes that detour.

What happens, in order

1. Name and formation

We check the name is available and not going to cause you a problem, then walk through Companies House formation together - addresses, share structure, directors, and the filings that follow.

2. The website

Scoped around what your business actually needs to show and do, then designed and built. You see it before it goes live.

3. The accountant

An introduction made before you invoice anyone, so your bookkeeping starts correctly rather than being reconstructed at year end.

What it costs

The package is a single fixed price, agreed before anything starts, and the Companies House registration fee is included in it - there is no separate charge landing on you afterwards. There is no published price, because the website is the variable part and it depends on what your business needs. Describe the business and you will get a firm number before any work begins.

What I do not do

I am not a solicitor and I am not an accountant. This package does not include legal advice, tax advice, or anything that should carry professional indemnity behind it. The accountant introduction exists precisely because that work belongs with someone qualified to do it - guiding you through a Companies House form is administration, and it is important not to confuse the two.

Common questions

Do I need a limited company, or can I be a sole trader?

Both are legitimate and the right answer depends on your income, your risk, and your plans. That is a question for an accountant rather than a developer, which is exactly why the accountant introduction is part of the package. I will not give you tax advice.

How long does the whole thing take?

Company registration is usually a matter of days. The website is the longer piece and depends on scope. Expect the whole package to run over a few weeks rather than a few months.

What if I already have a company registered?

Then you do not need that part, and you should not pay for it. Get in touch and we will scope the website on its own.

Ready to start?

Tell me what the business is going to do. I will come back with what the package would look like for you.
